Food from Oz is dedicated to traditional Australian family cooking. No witchetty grubs - No fusion - No fancy cuisine. That's how it was. Then,in August 2006, Ahimsa - respect for ALL Life - came into my life and, along with it, ethical eating. The food is still from Oz but with many influences and from many sources.
