As a mother to three wonderful boys, two of who are Autistic, I found trying to find suitable toys at reasonable prices was difficult and time consuming. I and many other 'Special Mothers' I had spoken to wanted toys that were safe, durable, and developmentally appropriate for our children, whilst also not costing the earth. Our friends and families also often asked what gifts they should buy for our children, as there just didn't seem to be an easy way for them to find out this information.
