Hi I'm Kevin Thanks for taking the time to view my edtech website. I basically started this to filter the gold from the hype in education and technology and put it in simple language for all to understand.I am an e-learning coach based in Victoria, Australia and work with a wide range of people face to face and globally online. I have a Masters Degree in I.T Education from the University of Melbourne and Arts / Teaching Degree from ACU, but basically I am just a computer geek ay heart who feels he can explain technology in layman terms and show you a real world application for it in teaching. I don't recommend anything unless I can see a purpose for it that will make your professional or personal life better for using it.Hope you get some use out of Edgalaxy - I look forward to building it up in 2009 as a basic Blog and will be releasing lesson plans throughout the year and I have some pretty big plans for it in the future.
