Wow, we are better than countries with horrendous human rights records.
That’s like saying that Ben Nason is an elite footballer because he’s better than Joe Slob who drinks a 6 pack and smokes 1/2 a pack a day.
We can and should be better than locking up refugees for over 6 months, in stifling heat and awful conditions. Heck, most western nations have a 2-3 week turn around.

its internet propaganda and one of the telltale signs its from someone who’s not educated properly on the subject is the use of “refugee/illegal immigrant” as being interchangeable.
Anyone who knows anything about these issues would have read and be able to understand the 1951 refugee convention and therefore know that refugees are not “illegal” and gthat we are obligated to house them.
